Thanks for the thoughtful response and the ugly FL graph, Pugsy. That gives me a much better idea of what severe flow limitations look like. I do have other symptoms of sleep-disordered breathing besides bruxism- but they are all, also, symptoms of depression. Daytime fatigue/sleepiness, brain fog, ...
