What is the question? If it is do you have sleep apnea, the answer is yes.

Re: To much pressure for Nasal Pillows
DME is wrong. You can easily use 14 cm H2O pressure with the P10 nasal pillows, and they are far and away the most comfortable and quietest. The DMEs first priority is to get you to use the most inexpensive equipment they can because there is a common insurance billing number for masks, with a singl...

If you had said that" in some cases a higher minimum pressure than you normally recommend" it would have been clear.

Re: Aaaaand again: newbie struggles topic
Hi I have been diagnosed July 2017 but have been on therapy on and off since Feb 2018. And I can't understand what's wrong. I have tried 2 masks - first ComfortGel Blue Full Face and then DreamWear Nasal. I didn't have software until some days ago. I only new therapy is not working. I tried again l...

Re: AHI jumping to scary levels with new machine.
They looked at the 10 - 30 seconds prior to the hypopnea and suggested that it appeared that I go through periods of shallow followed by deeper breaths. They also mentioned arousal patterns. My description of sleep starts off with a vision of ballroom dancing. My wife and I "dance" across the bed a...

Re: Newbie - Learning after first day
Your numbers are so low, that it is entirely possible that you had different event types on different nights. One or two nights don't tell the story, you need to develop the history. The CA may well be SWJ. A couple of OAs is pretty much a no- worry situation. I think you are looking for 0 values wh...

Did they say why they did not feel the hypopnea were "real"? Was he feeling that you had woken and thus they were not countable or what?

Re: Ah ha! I get it now
The way I solved my compunction to always check the elapsed time during the night is to just hit the stop, look dully at the time and stats, hit the start and go back to sleep. The more you worry about time and elapsed time, and anything else you have to think about the more difficulty you will have...

Re: Distilled Water vs. bottled water
Any water works just fine in any CPAP. If you don't use Distilled, there will be some mineral build up that can be cleaned with Vinigar and water. No big deal. What is the correct way to clean with vinegar? Do you use it straight ? Thanks for your help. I don't think there is a correct way, just wa...

Re: Anyone dealing with high CO2 levels during the day?
Do you have any specific evidence of a specific harmful condition that the observed CO2 blood levels may be indicative of? Or are you just scaremongering? Ohh could be something bad, Drs don't know, could be bad OHHHHH.

Re: Sudden increase in leak/ahi rate
I downloaded ResScan and it didn't have any detail data either :=( Here is the detail of an OA - they all look like this on the flowrate graph- a sort of heartbeat pattern, then a flat piece and at the end of the flat piece the OA. 1.jpeg 2.jpeg 3.jpeg No If there is o data recorded on the card the...
