Cool. Thank you for sharing this info. Do you feel like your sleep has improved after losing the weight (i.e. improved apnea even though you're still using CPAP)?

Hello. I'm new around here. I just got diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea about a month ago. They put me on a phillips dream station APAP machine. I switched from the nose blower thingy to the full face mask a couple of weeks ago for the better. However, I'm still very tired during the day and am ...
