Re: Choppy waveforms

That’s OK. I guess I already know the answer. My last two nights my waveforms looked ragged, whereas the only image that this site allowed me to post last week — yes, I even cleared out all my previous attachments like you suggested, so that was not the problem — my waveforms looked normal, but that...

Choppy waveforms

Can someone please explain what's best to do when your waveforms look choppy and not well-rounded? Is it simply just a matter of increasing the pressure? Sorry, I'm not able to attach them, unfortunately.

How do you resize images?

I tried accesing Imgur.com to resize my Oscar data image, but it says I don't have access to the page, despite my signinig in on their site. I was able to attach an image on here the other day, but now when I try to attach an image, despte resizing it to the apporpriate size, this site still does no...

Re: Supplement lowering my AHI, but more fatigued

I did stop it 9 days ago. I’m trying to figure out what happened. It says that VIP is a naturally occurring hormone and that it’s a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator. When administered at a high dose intranasally, like with me, I was simply told that some people “react to it.” I was only on it for...

Re: Supplement lowering my AHI, but more fatigued

I agree. I’ve seen so many doctors and have ruled out everything. My problems definitely are rooted in chronically fragmented sleep.

Re: Supplement lowering my AHI, but more fatigued

Okay, so it seems some patients react negatively to full-dose VIP. I used it at full dose for 8 days. So it messed with my brain, clearly. Crossing my fingers that it will pass and I’ll go back to my normal crappy sleep, which was a lot better than my current sleep as of the last 12 days.

Re: Supplement lowering my AHI, but more fatigued

It’s called VIP nasal spray, just what the link says. It’s a peptide, but I called it a supplement to make things easier.

Diagnosed with CFS around 2017 based solely on the fact that I wasn’t benefitting fully from CPAP.

Re: Supplement lowering my AHI, but more fatigued

Thanks for your feedback. I was diagnosed with ME/CFS, but it’s a nebulous diagnosis and there is no definitive way to prove that I have it or if it’s solely my UARS. The change in AHI happened after I started the full-dose nasal peptide. Believe me, I’ve taken inventory of everything. You’ll have t...

Supplement lowering my AHI, but more fatigued

Hi all, I’ll try this again, without the “microscopic screenshot,” but with some proper CPAPTalk required screenshots. I’m currently taking a peptide that is supposed to help with “brain repair” and I know for a fact that it has helped lower my AHI on CPAP. I was averaging about a 3-4 AHI prior to t...

Re: Supplement lowering my AHI

I doubt you would be of any help. If you can’t comment on why the AHI is lower and what’s actually occurring there, then the chart really doesn’t matter. But I get that this is C-crap Talk and you all love charts and graphs.

Supplement lowering my AHI

Hi all, I’m currently taking a peptide that is supposed to help with “brain repair” which has helped lower my AHI on CPAP. I was averaging about a 3-4 AHI prior to taking it. Now it’s at under 1. Any idea what could be going on here? Please disregard the 5 AHI in this screenshot. It jumped up to 5 a...
