Re: Are these Sleep apnea symptoms?
To the OP get your thyroid levels checked. That could be causing all of your symptoms. Sorry for the delayed response I had similar symptoms and have recently found out my thyroid levels are low.

Re: Help with CPAP-Sleepyhead data
You could send me the files I would then load them into sleepyhead for you and post the screenshots. Are you having trouble getting sleepyhead to run on your computer?

Re: Mouth breathing with full face mask and chin strap woes.
I use the Amara View. I have a deviated nasal septum that was only partially repaired in an operation many years ago. My mouth needs to be open when I sleep, at least some of the time. The trouble is keeping it just a little open, and not wide open. My bottom lip dropping out of the mask was an ini...

How do you size the collar? Trial and error or neck measurement?

Mouth breathing with full face mask and chin strap woes.
For probably the last two weeks I have notices I am waking up with my mouth open and a very dry mount and an empty or near empty humidifier. I have the Amara View full face mask. I ordered a chin strap https://www.cpap.com/productpage/deluxe-chinstrap-mouthleak.html. The first time I used it I don't...

Look in your documents folder there should be a sleepyhead folder with your old data if not you may be out of luck.

Re: Sleep Apnea and Red Blood Cell Count
I was diagnosed with polycythemia and had to undergo a number of phlebotomies to reduce red blood cell count. Since my polycythemia was not the vera strain (genetic) the doctors looked for other underlying causes. After a sleep test showed severe apnea I started on a CPAP program. I previously work...

Re: I still feel TERRIBLE on my CPAP - Scared it's killing me.
Stop trying to diagnose yourself based on wild speculation you find on the internet. See a doctor about treating your anxiety. It doesn't seem like wild speculation to the OP. He is grasping for anything that might make sense to why he feels the way he does. It's hard to admit that your own mind co...

Do you have the nausea other times or just with the CPAP mask on?

Maybe a higher minimum pressure so the machine doesn't have to try to catch up as much. Have you changed your sleeping position? New pillow?

Re: RERA-RESPIRATORY EFFORT RELATED AROUSAL
I can't quite figure out how to post on here from Sleepyhead. Last night I changed the settings, turned off the EPR and changed the pressure to 7.8, I was a bit nervous about this so I didn't go up to 8. I had trouble falling asleep because it felt different. What would be the reason to have the EP...
