Another question I have is if the machine is not really helping me get better results than I had with no machine, what's the point of using it? My at home sleep study was AHI 21, with less events when I was side sleeping, so what exactly is the machine doing for me anyway?

For me. its not just the light, my machine beeps loudly when it turns off. Its not exactly optimal for my hubby who is sound asleep when I get up to pee in the middle of the night. What the heck was the manufacturer thinking??
