As it turns out, you need the reservoir to get the options going. Not optimal but at least I know. Thanks for the replies.

A little dreamstation 1 tech help — no heating parameter
Greetings. I’ve been using a dream station 1 without the humidifier or heated hose for years. I got the refurb done so it’s a fairly “new” machine now. I’m currently on oxygen for a lung problem, and the O2 makes my CPAP air feel cold. I pulled out a heated tube, plugged it in, and see no way to adj...

How often to replace Heat Moisture Exchange?
Hi There,
I've been using a HME (or "artificial nose") for traveling. It's been great and I'm not noticing any problems, but are there any standards regarding how often these should be replaced? Manufacturer says after 7 nights but that seems awfully short to me.
Thanks.

Re: Dreamstation Users: Troubleshooting Help in Europe
Greetings all, I'm writing with an update. #2 is solved. On the hose front, I just bit the bullet and bought a new one. Problem solved. But if anyone is looking for a kludge between the hose and the mask, a metal twist-tie (like comes wrapped around a cable for a computer or AV device) will secure t...

Dreamstation Users: Troubleshooting Help in Europe
Hi There, I am a Canadian in Berlin, Germany for a few months, so I can't just walk into my provider at home, which is what I'd normally do. I'm looking for home troubleshooting suggestions or "I had this problem and here's what it took to get it fixed" or "here's a good provider in Berlin with some...

Dreamstation Backlight Settings?
So the only thing wrong with my Dreamstation after the first night is...THE BACKLIGHT. I don't want to get blasted with light at 3am when I get up to pee. MY EYES! Can someone tell me where the "off" switch for it in the settings menu so it doesn't automatically light up and give me stats when I tur...

New Dreamstation Auto
Hi All, I'm a new to the board. I've had a ResMed s8 for close to a decade, and today came home with a new dream station auto cpap. I'll be using the same mask and I know my way around a CPAP, but I feel like there's a lot more I can do now. I registered on their site and downloaded the free Sleepyh...
