I agree with PR about needing more minimum EPAP...but I am more conservative in how much more...I would just try 1 cm more first and see how the snores respond then maybe try another 1 cm if they don't reduce enough. I usually sleep on my side. i can't sleep on my backJulie wrote:And if most of the snoring is because you sleep on your back, try to not do that as it can make a big difference... maybe put pllows behind you, or wear a fanny pack to stay on your side.
