I agree with PR about needing more minimum EPAP...but I am more conservative in how much more...I would just try 1 cm more first and see how the snores respond then maybe try another 1 cm if they don't reduce enough. Snores are usually fairly easily to kill with just a wee bit more pressure. i 'll ...

I'd probably raise the minepap to 11 and raise the maxipap you're still having a lot of snoring issues, meaning your airway isn't as open as it should be. thanks for your input i tried your recommended settings last night and didn't work with me. my AHI actually increased here is the snap shot with...
