Sounds like BS. "stops breathing up to 100 times a night..." I stopped breathing 101 times an hour during my sleep study. With CPAP I'm down to less than 1 episode per hour. I developed hot/cold sensitivity to my front teeth after using the CPAP. I wear a full face mask and noticed it upon drinking coffee one morning right after I started using the full face mask. Thank you for the replies.

I don't use the air conditioner when I sleep, only a ceiling fan with windows open. I live in New Hampshire and at this time of year it's very humid.
