I often take a Benadryl at bedtime to keep the nasal congestion down overnight. If you have access to a Costco membership a bottle of 600 tablets is less than $5.00 - and no, that's not a typo!
But please double check that it won't adversely interact with any other meds you may be taking.

Re: FlashAir Card Dropping Connection After a Few Seconds
The card has a static IP address outside of the routers DHCP pool. Static IP is 192.168.0.90, DHCP pool is 192.168.0.100-199. No other device on that static address, verified by pinging the IP when the card is out of the laptop. I'll double check the arp table tonight when I get home but don't reall...

Re: FlashAir Card Dropping Connection After a Few Seconds
The 2.4GHz band is the least used band on the router. Only two or three other things there, none of them new or heavy users of bandwidth. I'm an IT guy so I'm pretty comfortable with the router config. Nothing there that jumped out at me, but just to be sure I restored the last good configuration ba...

Re: FlashAir Card Dropping Connection After a Few Seconds
The ResMed machine is almost directly above the WiFi router, no further than 15 ft. or so, and the laptop is probably 10-12 ft. from the router and in a straight line of sight with no obstructions. So max distance from the ResMed to the router to the laptop is no more than 25 ft. and has worked flaw...

FlashAir Card Dropping Connection After a Few Seconds
I've been using a 16GB FlashAir Wifi SD card for over two years to pull data into SleepyHead. I took my machine (ResMed AirCurve 10 ST) with me on a trip over the holidays. Since I returned home I've been unable to connect to the card to pull data. I brought the card down to my laptop to troubleshoo...

Re: Tech. help needed for computer/SD card
What I have found to be very effective is a Wi-Fi SD card for the CPAP/BiPAP machine and FlashPAP for the computer. So the process is: 1. Run FlashPap to bring the data from the Wi-Fi card in the machine to a folder on the computer. 2. Run SleepyHead and import the data from the computer folder. It'...

Re: ResMed AirCurve 10 ST
I've been using a ResMed AirCurve 10 ST since mid-July and I'm very pleased with the unit and the results. My AHI is typically below 1 (down from 42.2 in the lab sleep study) and most of the events are hypopneas with maybe one apnea or so during the night. I've had far more challenges with maintaini...

Re: Hypopneas / Unclassified Apneas
Yes, it is a solid block of foam with cutouts for the mask on each side and a small notch on the bottom side for your shoulder. It woks OK but I will check into this other pillow you mentioned. If it is more effective in not bumping the mask around it would be well woth it.
Thanks .......

Hypopneas / Unclassified Apneas
For years my wife told me that I stop breathing when I sleep. Because of outrageous insurance deductibles and copays it was put on the back burner for years. I recently had a sleep study done and was diagnosed with complex sleep apnea with an AHI of 43, mostly obstructive with a few centrals mixed i...
