It's funny I too reacted positively to needing CPAP as my snoring had affected my previous relationship significantly, although I just thought I was too young for sleep apnoea and my GP never suggested checking it out. Yes I read about the Tap Pap on another post it looks great but I do have some oral sensitivities that would make it probably no good. Years ago I tried a mouth guard to stop snoring and it just made me have panic attacks whilst I was sleeping, but thanks for the thought.
