Airsense 11 Autoset compatible with Freedom Travel Battery?
My Airsense 10 is starting to talk to me like she's wearing out. I'm due for a replacement and the site I'm looking at only has the ResMed Airsense 11 Autoset listed as in stock. Would love to avoid the DME for obvious reasons. I purchased the Freedom Travel Battery Pack from Battery Power Solutions...

SOLD: Freedom Travel Battery Like New
Selling for my sister who bought this for a sailing vacation last June. However, the captain ran the genset at night so it wasn't needed. It is in perfect condition and used only once or twice. Includes the 24V AC converter required for the ResMed Airsense 10 CPAP (a $65 add-on). If you don't have t...

Re: THE GREAT PILLOW EXCHANGE
I have new, in the plastic, nasal pillows (Nose Cushions) for the Phillips Respironics DreamWear Nasal Mask. Here's what I have: Medium - 2 Medium Wide - 1 Large - 2 I would be more than thrilled to trade any for the Small size. PM me if interested - I am in the USA. I've been doing this for 8 years...

Re: AirSense 10 AutoSet humidifier
Most of the DMEs do not carry the plate AND it is not covered by insurance, so just order it from an online retailer (cpap.com for instance!). Yep, I was going camping and wanted to prolong battery life so I bought the side plate and left the humidification chamber behind. The side plate worked as ...

Re: Is there any info on how Autoset 10 data transmission works?
Got to be some kind of wireless service like you suggest. There might be an Android app that can see what channel or freq it's xmitting on. I've wondered, but not cared enough to check on it. The manual is certainly mum on the topic.

Re: Questioning Home Sleep Study/Scheduled Overnight
Yep I had the split study in the hospital and they let me bring my fan in from home because I always sleep with a fan. Even so, it was not a pleasant experience and I didn't think I slept at all. I was surprised when the tech came in and woke me up and told me I'd probably slept 2 hours with the mas...

Re: AirSense 10 Autoset: where are my menus?
I feel like the starting pressure of 4 isn't enough and I have to breathe in hard to get enough air. It's not to the point of feeling suffocated, just annoyed... which isn't good when you're trying to doze. I just got an Airsense machine and that's the first thing I noticed when I tried it on in th...

Re: Is there a Cheap, Light & Portable Battery?
Looks good, but ends up being the same price as the Medistrom 24 V battery once you add the adapter. Uggh.Sonnyboy wrote:Cpap.com is listing a new battery.
Would love to hear more about it.

Re: Is there a Cheap, Light & Portable Battery?
Thanks for this additional discussion folks. I really appreciate it. I'm going to look into this PIlot24 option. I think the name is especially appropriate. I have to get something put together, the trip is just 4 weeks away. So if I understand correctly, the $84 power converter would not be necessa...

Re: After First Night Feeling Very, Very Relaxed
Color me jealous. I had a terrible night during the titration test in the lab. All the wires stuck to me and some of the sensors came off and had to be redone. When the aid came to get me up, I asked how long she thought I'd slept and she said, maybe 2 hours? I still felt better than I had in years....

Thanks for the tip on the Medi$$$trom! This may be my only route, I realize that. Just hoping to find a more reasonable way to do this.

Is there a Cheap, Light & Portable Battery?
Has anyone found an inexpensive but light (<5 lbs) solution for a portable battery? I've read all the threads I can find and it seems the Pilot Pro battery on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DN0KBXU/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=2LVYY69C3Z18M&coliid=I20X20BC73H0PX doesn't have en...

Re: more apneas w dreamwear
You might try tightening it just a skosh. Also, did you get the fit pack and try the different sizes? I have found that I can use the small and the large (seemingly) with pretty good results!
