Re: The difference a mask can make!
Hello, I was on the machine for close to six months before coming out of the Fog. I was getting a solid 8-9 hours of sleep and was still brutally exhausted. Just kept with my routine and now I feel much better. Never thought I had an issue until my sleep study showed my 02 was down below 72%. Got re...

Dreamwear works Great for me. Get the straps snug, took a few leaky nights but now I get good scores.

Re: Persistent morning fatigue
Hi, it took me over 3 months to come out of my fog, I even went to the doctor to get some narcolepsy medication but decided not to take it because of the side effects. I was sleeping good sleep 8 to 8 1/2 hours a night. then one day I just felt better. for a few months after that I was on the machin...

Re: My cat steals my cpap filters!
Probably get attacked by the animal rights people. All you need is a squirt gun with plain water ( and good aim ) Three or four events is usually all it takes. 2 squirts to the head and you can teach them to stay away. Keep the squirt gun nearby for a reminder. Do not abuse the animal. Another very ...

Mistake on the model. I have a Rematar Auto A-Flex System one 560P. Should have pulled the paperwork instead of trying to remember.

Re: Remstar 60 Series APAP with Bluetooth
Hi, just scrolling through the topics, I bought a Remstar 60 auto A-flex back in the summer as a back up machine. Has the humidifier, memory card and the data set up for compliance if you need that from the DME. Only 150 hours. Pristine condition, in a carry case. If you are interested I can send yo...

Re: Exhale causes machine to Hum and vibrate
Darn.... other poster with moaning machine, the seals were in good condition, practically new condition between the machine and the humidifier for me. I thought about the mouse pad, I have a few in the basement since I now use a trackball, will keep that in mind though. The warranty on the machine i...

Re: Exhale causes machine to Hum and vibrate
Got my new machine yesterday, has a bunch of added features and it is quiet. Good 7+ hours of great sleep last night. Good to get back to that. DME tech gave me a bunch of stuff he had in his van which was nice. Thanks to everyone that gave advice of the positive nature and I still get a kick from t...

Re: Exhale causes machine to Hum and vibrate
Well, I could have gotten a new machine the next day but my schedule did not permit that, my insurance also requires a tech to come out and set up the new machine, which I then have to reset once the tech leaves because the DME won't make any changes to pressure unless I get a prescription from my P...

Re: Has anyone hit a score of 100 in myAir?
Totally Bogus, I got an extension cord and carried my machine to use the bathroom. You get dinged for removing your mask once to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and then when you get up in the morning. Stupid, not everyone has a 21 year old bladder. I was raised to be competitive so I ha...

Re: Exhale causes machine to Hum and vibrate
Hey Granny, Thank you for your solution. After reading so many stories of the horrible relationships that others have had with their DME's I wanted to be prepared with an alternate plan. I called my DME this morning and reviewed my 3 previous calls with them and they are coming out next Tuesday to r...
