Re: Last night's sleepy head data- # CA's okay?
1.) The best AHI I've had is with pressure set to 9-20 2.) To be honest, sleep quality feels the same to me between 9-20, 15-20 or anywhere in-between. I can't specifically peg a different between pressure settings. In terms of comfort 15 is no less comfortable than 9, starting out. I don't remembe...

Re: Last night's sleepy head data- # CA's okay?
Okay so what happened here. https://imgur.com/a/ey56U pressure 15-20 You had a bad sleep night. But you knew that already But more seriously, what I mean by bad sleep goes beyond the elevated AHI. You woke up enough to turn the machine off and back on four times and one of those wakes was over 30 m...

Re: Last night's sleepy head data- # CA's okay?
I remember the fourth break (the longest one) but not the others. I don't remember why I woke up, just that I took my mask off, whipped out my laptop and fell asleep without putting it back on. Luckily it was only for a short time because I woke up I think 30 minutes later and put my mask back on. T...

Re: Last night's sleepy head data- # CA's okay?
Looks like you had a horrible night's sleep last night with a lot of wake ups and I am betting arousals that you may or may not remember that aren't shown because you didn't turn the machine off with every one of them. Is that true? Now why it happened....that's a good question that there's not lik...

Re: Last night's sleepy head data- # CA's okay?
Okay, hopefully you guys can figure out what the hell went wrong here. https://imgur.com/a/mLqwS Took a few hour nap and woke up with a 9.22 AHI. The event flag section actually looks kind of clean so I was surprised at such a high AHI number but that's what it says. I raised the pressure to 14-20 f...

Re: Last night's sleepy head data- # CA's okay?
Okay, thank you guys for all the input. I raised the minimum to 12.0 last night. Here's the data for that:

Should I go even higher? Still a lot of hypopneas.

Re: Last night's sleepy head data- # CA's okay?
If I were to raise the minimum pressure, what would I raise it to, in your opinion?

Re: Last night's sleepy head data- # CA's okay?
Thank you. That FL graph looks pretty much like I expected. FLs are part of what the auto adjusting algorithm will try to squash with more pressure. Your FL graph is fairly active but I have seen worse...and I have seen better. So how about the answers to my questions as to how you feel you slept a...

Re: Last night's sleepy head data- # CA's okay?
How'd you sleep last night? How do you feel today? The pressure sort of went all over the place last night. Can you get me a screen shot of the flow limitation graph please? If you have more nights like last night than you do the other night...and you didn't sleep so great and maybe don't feel so g...

Last night's sleepy head data- # CA's okay?
So I'm using a full face mask with Resmed 10 autopap set to 9.0-20.0 pressure. Just wondering if the trend in central apnea events is normal for me? I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. http://imgur.com/a/rETXd Could I be better off using a set pressure to avoid CA's? I was originally presc...

What does mask setting actually change (on resmed machines)
In my Airsense 10 settings page, it asks what type of mask you're using: pillows, nasal, full face mask. I'm wondering what if anything this setting changes. Is it just for data purposes so the type of mask is listed for clinician's awareness maybe, or does it actually change something related to pr...

Re: A night's worth of data after finally getting an autopap/FFM
I don't know if it's foolish for me to ever expect an AHI of less than 1. I'm also not sure why I'm still getting obstructive events when my max pressure is at 20. If 20 isn't enough to ward off these events, then what is? You were expecting to totally eradicate all OAs and hyponeas? If so, that is...

A night's worth of data after finally getting an autopap/FFM
http://imgur.com/a/oqFZu My prescribed pressure from my sleep study is 9.0. At the beginning of the night my pressure was set to 12-20 but at around 6am I changed it to 9-20 for some silly reason (don't ask). This second album is actually from my first night after getting the new setup. http://imgur...
