Climateline Oxy tubing -o2 port not working?
Is it normal not to be able to hear the flow of oxygen at the mask, at say 4LPM? Using an aircurve 10 st-a for now. If I take out the climateline oxy tubing and use a standard bleed-in adapter and regular hose, I can hear the flow of oxygen in my mask. It's not normal venting noise with either confi...

Re: Headgar causing neck pain?
Maybe still too tight--or headgear design bad for your anatomy. I found a thinner bed pillow was my solution. Many need a thinner pillow for supine than on the side. Well I've learned to basically only sleep on my stomach. I need a thick pillow or I feel like I can't breathe properly and I don't li...

Headgar causing neck pain?
Whenever I wake up after a night of therapy I wake up with a bad headache and my neck feels very sore. If I take a nap on the bed during the day without masking up I don't feel the same aches and pains. This can be with new headgear and I try not to have the straps too tight but they have to be some...

Welp I guess I'll try washing the headgear along with all the other parts then, make the mask great again!

Re: Strange behavior with Aircurve 10 VAuto, noise/won't shut off automatically
I read a post about this recently...the hypoallergenic filter getting sucked in. I find my humidifier chamber gets stuck sometimes where I have to yank harder than I'd like to get it out to clean it.

Thick and long hair...mask not fitting well?
Using the same mask as always (F&P Vitera FFM medium cushion), took out other variables such as replaced cushion, clean shaved my face. I still can't get a very good mask seal at the usual pressures. Eventually I will start to feel a bit of leak or excess noise from the cushion and I keep having to ...

Re: Delta setting
Yes, delta is a term used in the respiratory world...not very common unless a sleep physician who is board certified in pulmonology, or a respiratory therapist.

Re: The ‘End’ of COVID Is Still Far Worse Than We Imagined
Honestly outside of places where they are required, I have been done with masks pretty much all of 2022. No one in my area really wears a mask anymore. I've received one booster and with the strength of original covid and delta behind us, I just don't care all that much anymore. Still have never tes...

Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
I registered my Trilogy 100 almost right away. If they can't service a ventilator, IDK why they are still in business.

Re: Hooked On Melatonin
One time I took a tablet of 10mg melatonin, I woke up feeling so hungover that I had to call out of work that day. I've also tried 1mg, 3mg, and even 300mcg, none of them seem to do anything for me. Oh well

FFM Cushion moving during sleep?
I am using the F&P Vitera FFM and it fits great when I lay down ready for bed. At some point during the night, although I make a point to try and not toss and turn or change my position, the cushion seems to "slip" a bit. Is this probably due to the jaw dropping? If so, any way to address this aside...

Simplus FFM cushion defects? Whistling noise
In the last year or so it's been a 50/50 chance of getting a cushion where the exhaust holes are apparently not laser cut correctly, and I get whistling/loud venting noises when usually the cushion is whisper quiet. This is factory new sealed, and of course I've tried cleaning it properly, making su...

Re: Have you received replacement Trilogy yet?
No, I just get generic "updates" every few months about how their foam doesn't actually cause cancer. Surely the studies are unbiased. Surely. Philips Respironics is a trash company. I registered my Trilogy 100 essentially right when the recall news came out. If you can't replace a life saving venti...

Re: Oxygen making me more tired
Hard to come to any conclusions after two nights of bleeding in oxygen. Do you have a pulse oximeter that can record? I would see what your oxygen levels are doing throughout a night of sleep with the O2 added. Either way, if you make a change that drastically changes your sleep patterns, I would ex...
