Put mask on, turn on machine, hold breath as long as possible.

ASV First Chart

I am a new user that has been diagnosed with Complex Sleep Apnea. Some nights I experience periods of time when I don't appear to be breathing on my on for quite a long time. I was referred to a Neurologist, who surmised that it is likely caused by a couple of bulging discs in my neck. I am not sure...
