Mask recommendation
So night 2 in the books. I feel amazing. Problem is the number of major leaks and the nasal mask is tearing up the bridge of my nose. I have a large, long nose so there is no preventing the pressure on the bridge of my nose. I experimented with loosening the mask, but couldn't get a good seal. Slept...

Re: Newbie here
Figured out this SleepyHead thing. Below are my results from night one. Concerned with leakage, but maybe I give it a couple of nights to see if I work it out as I get used to the mask. Any other thoughts here? http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j7/cjranucci/Screenshot%201_zpsousmprub.png http://i76....

Re: Sleepyhead question
A word of warning re: your SD card. (Sleepy Head will also give you this warning when you Quit) Before you insert the SD card into the reader and thus into your computer, slide the little white tab to the locked position, because sometimes some computers reportedly then overwrite the data. After yo...

Seems sleephead goes on my computer, then I leverage the data on the SD card. Sorry, this was no...

Sleepyhead question
So to start, I understand that there is a ton of information on this site about sleepyhead. I have read through a bunch of it. Most of it seems to discuss how to interpret the output of the sleephead data. How do you use sleepyhead? I assume you download it to the SD card in your machine (mine is th...

Re: Newbie here
Night one in the books. Made it through the night with the mask on the whole time. I feel surprisingly good, though it is still early. Real test will be how tired I am at the end of the day. The bridge of my nose is sore as hell. I have a nasal mask. Think I will need to change to the nasal pillows....

Newbie here
Just picked up my CPAP from the Dallas VA this morning. Sat through a 45 minute class on how to use it, take it apart, clean it. I am just ready for a good night's sleep. I had 58 events an hour at my sleep study. The good news is when they gave be the mask at the sleep study, I had 0 events for the...
