I got sleepyhead last night. I haven't figured out how to post my data. Will try to figure it out after work.

I've been using my machine faithfully and getting mostly 100% grades on MyAir. 98% was my lowest score twice in 4 weeks. I sleep like a log now but I'm still completely stressed out and possibly even meaner than before. I thought this was going to help my stress and depression. Help please.

I have a cold and chest congestion. Last night I had 10.8 AHI while wearing my mask. Is it normal to have more apneas when you have chest congestion even though your mask is on and fitting properly?

I've recently started seeing a therapist. We're working on changing my negative thoughts. It's funny, I used to be so happy and positive thinking. I think I got too tired and stressed that my brain gave up. Hopefully this will turn around with lots of restful sleep and therapy.

I have gotten to the point of zero tolerance and patience. My dad said CPAP therapy changed his whole outlook. Maybe I just need more time and restful sleep before I notice a change.

I have severe SA. Started CPAP 2.5 wks ago. Pressure is 20. I don't feel any relief from my rage and depression I fell into over the past few years of not sleeping. Does it get better??? (I sleep like a rock now since Day 1 of CPAP)

I had 103 events per hour. My pressure is 20 now I have 4-6 events per hour.
