You didn't mention what oximeter or CPAP you are using, but I have the same problem when I try to sync my Dreamstation sessions w/ my CMS50D+ oximeter. When you import the oximeter data, SH lets you select an existing session or set the time manually. When I select a session, it is off by several h...

Do you have smart ramp turned on? I don't have the provider manual in front of me, but from memory this feature causes it to use the apap algorithm during ramp so it might be increasing pressure to respond to a perceived event

Is this why the 1.0 beta binary download was removed? I just spent my first night on a CPAP so I was excited to try SleepyHead only to find the snapshot folder empty and I'm on the DreamStation not supported in older versions (to my understanding). Shame (but understandable) if so
