In the past l have tried both the Brevida and Evora masks and vent noise and flow were the main issues with them. As a side sleeper, vented air bouncing off of my pillow and into my face was too much of an irritation. F&P seems to have resolved these issues with the Nova Micro.

I’ve been using the S11 for the past 18 months with absolutely zero issues. I prefer the touch screen to the knob and unlike others, I find the S11 water tank a better design.

If they can figure out how to diffuse the gel pillow vent as well as the P10, I’ll go back to using it.

I tried the Dreamwear with gel pillows and wasn’t thrilled with it. Until they figure out how to diffuse the exhaust port, it will remain a distant third behind my P10 and Brevida.

As a west coast Canuck I too will vouch for Clinical Sleep. Cpapmachines.ca is also very good value for Canadians. I recently purchased a resmed Airsense 10 autoset from them.
