How often do you replace components of your mask? My DME supplier recommends replacing the nose pillows, head strap and hose much more frequently than I think is necessary. I have always slept mostly on my side, partly because my wife says I snore much less that way. I've been using a nasal pillow CPAP now for about three weeks and have found it just more comfortable to sleep on my back. My nasal fit is more secure and, with the CPAP, I don't snore on my back anymore. ...

I'm on my third week with a Resmed nose pillow system and it's true what they say: it gets easier and easier the more you use it. Don't know if you have a ramp-up time on your pressure setting, but I turned mine off so I get the full pressure right away. It also is taking me less and less time to fa...
