Re: Hose Help

My mask came with an adapter that I had to shove down into the hose. Actually, when I changed hoses, I thought the adapter was part of the hose because it was wedged in there so tight. Mine never comes out and I don't use tape. Did you mask come with an adapter that attached to the mask and the to t...

Re: Will tap water damage my machine?

I used tap water for a long time. Water here is hard. If I didn't fill the tank enough and all of the water was used, I would get deposits left in the tank. It was a pain to clean. Something that no one has mentioned that I experienced was that the hose slowly had build up on the inside. The hose I ...

Thanks Den.

Will upping the pressure help with those FLs?

Is there a long term drawback to upping the pressure?

Help with reading stats and question about machine

Hi all, Thanks so much for the time and effort that goes into this site. I've been on CPAP for 4 years now. It's very effective for me and I've never really thought about joining an online community, but after my machine started going bad I ended up here. I called the office that originally gave me ...

Re: Itchy nose, driving me mad! Any solution?

I know exactly what you are talking about. I don't think it is actually a hair. I think your sinus is dry or oversensitive. I get the exact same thing when I have a lot of leaks and the volume gets high. It feels like there is a hair there in your nostril, but you can't find it. I even have a specia...

Re: Itchy nose, driving me mad! Any solution?

Sometimes I get the nose itch if the humidity is too low or I am dehydrated. I change the humidity or put some lotion on my nose before I go to bed.

Another option is taking a benedryl. It helps with itching and it also makes most people drowsy.

Sleepyhead and Icon data not matching

Hi all, New here, but I am here because I am having problems. Slept like crap last night. So tired today, almost feel asleep driving home. I have been on CPAP for a while and it usually works great for me. I pulled my SD card out of my ICON and loaded everything in SleepyHead to see if I could tell ...
