I use an upper and a lower. I originally just had an upper but noticed my teeth were nothing so I got the lower down. Mine are molded to for my teeth by the dentist. So they double as a retainer and a mouth guard. I also have a cpap

After almost two months of use I am wearing it most of the night. The doctor turned up the air pressure and that helped alot. I turned off the humidifier. Only downside is I am getting headaches in the morning. I have always had an issue with headaches but I rarely wake up with one or get one early ...
