Well after a rocky start, a lot of learning, a lot of reading, and most importantly, switching out my mask... I am now averaging 7-8 hours with my machine on. Noticing a difference. Thank you all for your help and advice.

So, much better last night. Used machine for 5 hrs 52 minutes. No sinus issues. Only problem was a little soreness in the morning due to the mask, and a little air leak when first laying on my side. Thanks to everyone who helped me!

Ok. Got into the settings. Moved the min pressure to 7. Found my epr is set to off

Well, I can't figure out how to change the pressure. Any suggestions? It does 4 with auto ramp and 5 with ramp off. When you exhale are you supposed to feel like a "pulse" in the mask? So my ramp was set to auto. With a 4 green circle. I turned auto off, and it then started at a 5 green circle. I read Pugsys tips and am still not sure about the humidity. I'll leave at 6 (originally set to 4) and see what happens.

I'm not sure if I'm reading it right. But when I turn it on, it says pressure is 5-20 and the green circle says 4.

My husband has had his Cpap machine for 5 years now. So I understand the benefits of using the machine....
