One of the changes that came out of 2015 Metro North accident is that all Metro North and LIRR train operators are now tested for sleep apnea. NJ Transit does not currently test train operators for sleep apnea. Hopefully that will change with the release of the accident findings and recommendations....

Chin straps have not helped me. I would wake up with chipmunk cheeks and air squeaking out my mouth. I also have a beard and have issues with leaking vs red marks on the face. As OkyDoky said, it is X1. The number is located on the front of the bag, above the barcode. As palerider said, it's more so the machine can calibrate to the mask so you get the right pressure. I don't think it will do much for the leaking but it might help lower your AHI a bit. Report back if you s...
