After two sleep studies showing AHI of 34 CA and 1 OA, I was prescribed the Aircurve 10 ASV, EPAP: 4, Min PS: 6, Max PS: 12. After 8 months of consistent ASV usage, 8+ hours per night sleep with machine, with consistent AHI 0.0 - 0.4. I am still extremely fatigued, even more so than before treatment...
