I am Ontario, Canada Due to gov laws APAP machines can't be purchased without prescription. Otherwise they won't reimburse portion of the cost (75%) of machine cost is paid by prov gov insurance. However, they did allow one Australian model (Rev) by accident which supports both fixed and auto modes....
