Re: 3 months in
I actually feel like crap if I sleep too long too, but it's hard to convince myself of that on cold snowy days when I am really enjoying the covers and the dogs at each side. I'll wake up and just snuggle in for hours and then feel like crap. I know you should sleep consistent hours even on weekend...

Re: 3 months in
Thanks for all your replys. Since I posted this thread I've been going to bed and trying to fall asleep by 12 midnight and waking up at 7am. So far I feel more alert and slightly
More energy. I'll keep at it for a while and see how I get on

Re: 3 months in
I tend to turn the machine on while I'm reading to go to sleep and then by the time I'm falling asleep the pressure is already on full even before I fall asleep

Hello guys hope everyone's ok. Well it's been 3 months now since I recieved my cpap machine. It's been a bit of a roller coaster but for the last month I have been getting ahi of under 5 every night and averaging between 7 and 11 hours every night! The one thing I'm finding very odd is that the more...

Re: Going downhill again!
Any chance you're coming down with a nasty upper respiratory infection? Or the flu? Sometimes my AHI increases quite a bit a few days before I start showing (other) symptoms of being sick. Any chance spring allergies are kicking in? Any chance you are doing a lot more back sleeping than normal? Hi ...

Going downhill again!
Hello guys, it's been a while as the cpap treatment had been going really well to the point I was full of energy throughout the day after being awake for an hour or so and then sort of crashing late evening but was so happy to have energy and not feeling tired! I am a member of a car club and hadn't...

Ahi finally below 5!
So happy! With my pressure set to 6cm after 2 nights my ahi has come right down. Went from 6.5 to 7.6 which was frustrating, then it went to 2.5 and last night was 0.1. Yesterday I was literally bouncing off the walls with energy and managed to do a full day's work for the first time in months, Woke...

Re: my data from last night
Well last night events were back up again to 16! Woke up feeling like crap and still feel sleepy 3 hours later. Going to phone the clinic in a minute as getting real upset with it now. I'll post last nights graphs on here later when I get a chance
