The basic reason for drying a CPAP hose is to prevent growth of mold. In the past, I have used 3 hoses, rotating them out to give each plenty of time to dry. I would sling the hose around in the morning to get the larger drops out. Turned out that even with that regimen, I would get some mold growth...
