Re: Scared after using smelly water

I'm not proud of it, but it certainly isn't impossible. LOL

Re: Scared after using smelly water

Five minutes of breathing smelly air isn't likely to do anything. If it makes you feel any better, numerous times I have waited too long to clean my machine, to the point of musty odor and pink algae growing on the sides of the water container. I don't recommend that anyone do that, but I have never...

Re: Running out of time.

Even if you had more time, I don't think you're going to get very far without the study results.

Re: "One Stop" Sleep Clinics-- how to deal with?

There are 3 documents that I needed:
1. CPAP Titration Polysomnography (copy obtained from original sleep center)
2. Diagnostic Polysomnography (copy obtained from original sleep center)
3. Doctor's prescription

I brought the first 2 documents to my doctor's appointment.

Re: "One Stop" Sleep Clinics-- how to deal with?

The place where I got my sleep study (4 years ago) also sold me the equipment. I thought their service was really good, but their prices seemed high (I compared later online). I have high deductible insurance, and my deductible wasn't met at that time, so the full cost of the machine came out of my ...

Re: Congestion and humidity - a simple poll

I didn't complete the poll because I have always used used humidity and never adjusted it. I don't know any different so I can't see whether I like something else better. But, in the 4 years that I have been using my machine, I have thought many times about how I don't seem to stay congested very lo...

Re: Nasal pillows leaking

I've been using a ResMed Swift FX for the past 4 years, and only recently switched because I wanted to try the ResMed AirFit P10. I liked the Swift FX. Sometimes my nostrils get dry and I have used Aquaphor Healing Ointment (thick petroleum jelly) inside my nose to relieve the dryness. In doing this...

No data in Overview tab with SleepHead?

4 days ago I replaced my dead Fisher & Paykel Icon machine with a new ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet. So far, so good. I installed SleepyHead software on my MacBook Pro, and every tab is fully populated with data except for the Overview tab. It shows no data in any of the Overview graphs regardless of w...
