Only have water to drink after I get off from work, ate lunch at 1:30, only take Provigil in am. Bedtime is 10:00.

I can't sleep without the TV on, I hear every noise made and the buzzing in my ears drives me crazy. I am never in silence.

No I don't have a computer at home to use Sleepyhead on. I have the card down loaded at local sleep center. I just see some info on the display on my machine.

I went through Secondwind cpap, got a Resmed for $500.

Increase AHI
My heart was racing when I went to bed last night, I put on my CPAP and though it will slow down. Woke up about 3 heart racing, could not go back to sleep. When I turn the CPAP off my AHI show 14.9, they are usually 2.9. Why did my heart rate affect my AHI?
