Great, thanks for the tips, Ill bump the max up. It was originally set up at 7 min and 10 max. Then they gave me a large wisp mask, when I needed a petite. Ive been bumbling along exhausted for a few years so this is improvement, I have days where I feel great actually. So there is hope.
