Re: Newbie - considering AirSense 10 purchase - No WiFi ???

I cannot think of a good reason why they don't incorporate WiFi to let you do this wirelessly. It would add very little to the cost (<$5) and in fact could be a more cost effective way FOR THEM to access your data instead of using the cell network. Having both methods would be beneficial for people...

Re: Newbie - considering AirSense 10 purchase - No WiFi ???

There is no reason for THEM (Mfg) to want or need my data....The only thing I want the DME to see is for compliance. Here in the US we have health privacy laws. I don't like it as well but my guess is that they collect data for their own research. Hopefully it doesn't go beyond them although we're ...

Re: Newbie - considering AirSense 10 purchase - No WiFi ???

my only concern with installing wireless SD card is when I have to take machine with me to RT or DME and the insurance coverage. BCBS has me on a 'rent-to-own' for 10 months and I don't want to jeapordize their share - machine was mega-bucks. My AirCurve 10 ASV came with a ResMed card. So I guess I...

I don't want to be connected to a server. I don't like the idea of h...

Re: Newbie - considering AirSense 10 purchase - No WiFi ???

I'm a technical person, design electronics for a living. In this day and age I'm just surprised they don't allow users to access the data via WiFi. Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Newbie - considering AirSense 10 purchase - No WiFi ???

I'm a newbie diagnosed with APNEA, looking to buy my first CPAP machine. Doing all the research I can, I'm leaning towards the ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset. The show stopper for this model is the need to pull the SD card out and plug it into my computer to access the data. To do this daily or even wee...
