Re: first night with dreamwear
Well I believe I will give up on the dreamwear mask. I just cant get it to work for me. One think it feels like I cant get enough air. I have to take in deep breaths just to feel adequate. Also it seems like it gets dislodged easy and starts to leak. I had great hopes for the nasal mask mostly so I ...

first night with dreamwear
I have been using Airfit 10 mask. It has been working ok except it would leak when I turned over plus I like to drink water at night at thats not easy with a mask. I decided to try a Dreamwear nasal mask. My question is, do I need to make any adjustments with the CPAP machine??? My pressure minimum ...

Re: sleepweaver
Well I changed my mind I read many reviews and decided to play a little safer and went with dream wear. It got great reviews. I still like the idea of the SleepWeaver but I also liked how the dw connected. Idk it may not work but I opened so. I don't have a problem with claustrophobia and can keep m...

Re: sleepweaver
Thanks for the replies. I am going to try some kind of nasal mask, probably this one. I miss being able to sleep on my side. I am hoping this might fix my problem. Idk but at least it's a 30 day trial. I am considering a couple others too

Re: No relief yet
Hopefully I will get the reef eventually. Another quick question or three 1. Is it helpful to use a mouthguard? I have used one for a couple of years because I grind my teeth according to the dentist 2. Also, would sleeping on a wedge help any?. 3. Lastly, I do think I position on my back frequently...

Re: No relief yet
Thanks for your help. I changed my settings some like you mentioned. I certainly can't see how it could hurt. I know I need more sleep but I don't know how to do that yet. I blame it on my back but who knows. I just wake up and have to get out of bed. Eventually I may need surgery on my back but I d...

Re: No relief yet
When is your follow up visit scheduled with whomever is managing your apap results? What is the median average pressure per the machine? Not the 95 % pressure....the median. Couple of thoughts...while your AHI is well within acceptable limits your pressure is doing some fairly wide swings and that ...

Re: No relief yet
Couple of questions. Do you have a copy of your sleep study without cpap and if so, does it mention supine or REM AHI and if it did what did it say? Did you have a sleep study with cpap and machine and if so what was the prescribed pressure OR were you give this machine with the understanding that ...

Is there an easy way to post the resultsnanwilson wrote:Do post your sleepyhead results here and help will be coming. Remember you have been sleep deprived for a very long time, you will not be able to catch up on that sleep debt in 10 days.
Good luck
