I am new to this and have found myself doing that too. I just thought that it was a habit from when i didn't have a cpap and would wake up hit snooze and go back to "sleep". Now I wonder.

the other night i work up gurgleing water out the side of my mouth while laying partially on my back and partially on my side. I think the humidity level was up to high. Has this happened to anyone else?

Thank you for explaining that to me. I guess i am new to this and was not sure how it worked. I have anxiety issues and had a hard time using my cpap at first we did change to a nasal mask that has helped quite a bit. I do sometimes get anxious when i put the mask on at first. I usually can get over...

I was first diagnosed at 8. I had my tonsils and adnoids removed and it seemed to go away. I again was diagnosed in my 20's after my second child and gained alot of weight.
