Thanks, I did do a search and nothing came from the results? Maybe I searched wrong, but don't know how you could search wrong. Can someone post...

Re: Dream station auto vs Resmed Air sense 10?
Just wanted to give an update. I can now finally use this machine about 8 hours a night. I TOOK OFF the autoramp. It seemed to now bother me more as I got used to the machine. It now comes on full blast and I have no problem with that. I adjusted my humidity setting from auto to 2, which gives less ...

Re: New to Resmed. Airsense 10 water everywhere
MeToo, I am curious about something in your post.....you say you have humidifier on "Auto" and hose on 7. With the Airsense you only have choice of running climate control on full Auto (both humidity and hose temp on auto) or Manual to allow independent control of hose temp and humidifier. It's not...

Re: Wean off CPAP?
Thanks. I've had my machine for 2 days now. First night I was able to use it for 3 hours, and last night about the same. I'm trying my best, but it's just hard to get used to breathing through your nose.

Re: Wean off CPAP?
Has anyone successfully weaned himself off CPAP? Either via surgery, medication, lifestyle/diet modifications, etc? Medication...to my knowledge there are no medications at all that do anything at all for OSA. Surgery...you won't likely find a surgical success story here...let's face it...this is a...

Re: Dream station auto vs Resmed Air sense 10?
Another quick question., I registered on the MyAir Resmed website to see progress. Is there an iphone app for this? Or do you just go the website in your mobile phone browser?

Re: Dream station auto vs Resmed Air sense 10?
You cannot make a Respironics machine work like a ResMed machine in terms of exhale pressure relief. It cannot be done because each brand goes about the exhale relief in a totally different manner. Respironics Flex relief is NOT the same and doesn't work the same as ResMed EPR relief. Respironics F...

Re: My new Respironics Dreamstation
On Wednesday I'm going to pick up either one of these from the medical supply place: Dream station auto cpap Air sense 10 Resmed If anyone had anymore comments, please let me know. This will be first time with a machine. I would get the ResMed A10 AutoSet. The DreamStation Auto is probably fine, bu...

Re: Dream station auto vs Resmed Air sense 10?
Sounds like the AirSense exhale relief would kinda be like the bipap machine to some degree. It feels more like a bilevel machine and it will go to 3 cm reduction during exhale where the Respironics exhale relief is a little different and only goes to a maximum of 2. The "extra" apap mode which has...

Re: Dream station auto vs Resmed Air sense 10?
Thanks for the reply! I'm a male and not sure if insurance will let the medical company give me the for her model. I'll ask. They told me both would be AUTO models, whichever I pick (since the sleep place said 9-15). I looked at the pdf you posted, but am not sure what exactly the for her model adds...

Dream station auto vs Resmed Air sense 10?
On Wednesday, I have a choice to get either a:
Dream station auto or a Resmed Air sense 10. I think my air settings are between 9 and 15.
I just wanted to hear some thoughts and opinions on both before I have to pick one this Wednesday?
