Re: Chat Forum

I am so disappointed n2it didn't return today, I need my IP address and cannot find it. Um, n2it is here today. I actually have a life though and spent the entire day and evening with my children, ate some great food, drank a little wine, and watched some great football. Unlike you poor souls, I ac...

https://www.flickr.com/photos/34261782@N05/3191477389 ~~~ Strike a familiar note ? You're a coward. You logged into the chat room twice just recently (the log is still there for all to see), noticed that I was in there, and immediately logged back out. Not a word from you...not a peep. You sir or m...

Re: Chat Forum

Perhaps your lofty self can intuit this. GFY ! Wow, what critical thinking skills you have developed over your lifespan to come up with that remarkable response! You must be highly successful.... I'm guessing I could profile your professional life very meticulously. But that would be pretty damn bo...

Re: Newbie, Just Uploaded 8+ Months of Data to SleepyHead

Finally uploaded my ResMed S9 data card to sleepy head but when it comes to most of the data, I'm as lost as an easter egg. Anyone want to help me figure it out? The sticky at the top is nice. But how about we schedule a chat in the chat room about Sleepyhead and what one actually needs to focus on...

Re: Chat Forum

I have been here 3 years and never bothered with chat. To me, the value of the internet (forums email) is that I can use it when I want, at odd hours, and I don't have to be online (awake, whatever) at the same time as the people I want to communicate with. I am a severe night owl, out of sync with...

Re: Chat Forum

Normally, I ignore keyboard warriors but last night, I simply couldn’t help myself because one of the initial replies to my post was (and is) incredibly ignorant and asinine. The definition of asinine by the way is: “extremely or utterly foolish.”....... . Coming onto a forum and being a shit distu...

Re: Chat Forum

I would suggest you go actually read the entire post because I clearly indicated to the administrator to contact me and I would offer my time. And my time is worth a helluva a lot of money... You have to prove your worth. You haven't exactly done that. Besides the owners do not want moderators. At ...

Re: Chat Forum

My time is much too valuable. Does this mean you're not going to VOLUNTEER all of your time to sit in the chat room and answer all of the questions from new users? Since you're expecting US to, it would only seem fair that since it's YOUR idea, that YOU should do it. You started this thread and ask...

Re: Chat Forum

The chat room was once a vibrant community. Was not working for a while then took on a new look that was harder for some to follow, and the notification of who is live I don't think has worked properly since. It is not conducive to a pleasant user experience, so I just quit going in there. It's wor...

Re: Confused Newbie

Usually the titration sleep study will start out with a pressure of 4 or 5 cm...Mine was 5 cm. As someone already mentioned...severity of apnea doesn't have any bearing on the pressure needed to hold open the airway. I know people with 80 plus AHI and they do quite nicely with 5 or 6 cm and I know ...

Re: Chat Forum

Most people have better things to do. If you have a specific question you can get it answered here. I can't help myself: that's an asinine reply. Real time chat versus posting a thread that may never be seen? Seriously? So you would rather post something than speak to an actual human being? I'll ke...

Re: Does machine ever turn off automatically?

I occasionally wake up with the mask off my face and the machine is not on. I have no memory of taking the mask off or turning off the machine, Does it shut off automatically after a certain time if it senses that the mask is not being worn? Some machines have an "auto off" feature that will turn i...
