I've turned the humidity level down to "3" and that seems somewhat better, however last night I woke up several times thrashing around in the bed, I actually pulled my machine off the nightstand and onto the floor. Very new and Very Confused

Hello all. I've had my CPAP for about 6 weeks (ResMed AirSense 10 with full face AirFit F10 mask). The pressure is set at 4, as is the humidity. I have no idea what that means - good or bad? So far, my snoring is down, although I can't say positively that my rest has improved. I wake up several time...
