I think its fine to do informal unscientific poles. This one gives us some idea that sleep apnea may NOT always be correlated with weight. Because of my average and appropriate weight, my doctor was hesitant to have me do the test - but once I did it i fulfilled every sleep apnea criteria within 45 ...

That "Thin 4 Foot Performance Tubing" looks perfect. But are you sure it will work properly with a Full Machine? The description specifies the Z1.

Thank you all, excellent responses. I am using a Small size so maybe i could try the Medium, although the small head strap fit my head better. I never heard of "Exhale Relief" so that's something to consider also.

Nasal Pillows Exhalation Issue

I tried to switch from a full mask to nasal pillows, but i couldn't exhale with it on so I couldn't breath normally. Therefore I could not use the nasal pillows and reverted back to the full mask.

My question is how do nasal pillow wearers exhale, with those pillows stuck into your nostrils?

shorter tubes?

I have never seen anything less than a 6' tube. Is that a minimum requirement or can they be shorter, like 2' perhaps. 6' seems awfully long for a unit that sits next to me on a nightstand. Does anyone here have some knowledge about that?
