Re: Airsense 10 Autoset Issue

I have the same machine, and I see this often. The front read out will show a time way less than what I know I've slept. However, the MyAir report will accurately show the amount of sleep time. I check that report hours after getting up, usually at work. Sleepyhead will sometimes show a spot where m...

Re: How Often Do I REALLY Need To Change Water In Reservoir?

My DME said the same, but the cheap side of me said otherwise. Why dump out the remaining 1/3 or so of the reservoir every night? Distilled water isn't free. I just add and return the water to the full line. I've done a complete cleaning a couple times.

Re: MyAir Scores

I check it at work in the morning just to get an idea how the night went. Sleepyhead data cannot be topped, but it requires a little more time at home.

Re: CPAP Newbie Help - Pain with nasal pillows?

Two weeks ago I switched from the Eson nasal mask to the Swift FX. I too have been waking up with a sore nose, but it's been getting better. I have just been playing with the headgear set up and switched from the large to medium size pillow, leaving me to believe the sweet spot is somewhere, I just ...

Re: On the verge of Quitting

I'm eight weeks in and my experience is very similar to yours. Is the cure worse than the disease? I was wondering the same. The first couple weeks I was so wrapped around the axle. Then I found this web site and just started reading. It's all here. Every question you may have, every fear, every dou...

Re: OTC Sleeping Pill Last Night Feel Really Bad Today

I will add my two cents. For nearly fourteen years I have been working a rotating day to night shift. At first the night shifts were horrible so i decided to try some things: My bedroom is cool and dark, I use high thread count sheets, run a box fan for white noise and take an OTC sleep aid. My bran...

Re: Nervous and excited

I have completed 15 days of therapy. My machine is the same as yours. I will tell you, after the first seven days I was ready to pack it up. I could not sleep with the hose flopping around and with that thing on my nose. I was getting PVC's all day long due to anxiety over lost sleep (an old issue)....
