Re: My home sleep study results. Comments welcomed
I wonder if this is a change that I can make or something I speak to the doc about? Thank you for all your thoughtful input. My snores seemed low somehow (I'll get those numbers when I get home . Surprisingly low considering how much my wife has mentioned it. Again though, maybe thats the therapy be...

Re: My home sleep study results. Comments welcomed
Well for now I am content to real the benefits of the therapy and take another home test down the road. I already feel that my sleeping is improved, so big bonus for me!!! I went ahead and got my data into Sleepyhead. I think what I'm seeing is that my reduced number of AHI's are being controlled. h...

Re: My home sleep study results. Comments welcomed
Thanks so much for sharing all this information. I am not really bothered by the pressure of 4, or the mask by-and-large. Sometimes, come morning time I will wake up withe pressure somewhere between 6-10 and get that suffocating feeling, but i jist tell myself that its psycological and either get up...

Re: My home sleep study results. Comments welcomed
Thank you for clarifying. I should then take this to likely mean that the machine has mechanically lowered my overall AHI/per hour? Thats a very good thing then I think. Not sure if you saw the second page where it describes my oxygen levels, but that was kind of scary to me which was why I quickly ...

Re: My home sleep study results. Comments welcomed
Thank you so much. The machine is reporting that I am having 2-6 events per night. I'm assuming that number is no longer 12 due to the machine being able to prevent them. I'll definitely get my data into sleepyhead. Resmed has a web-based feedback system that i access, but its fairly basic info that...

Re: My home sleep study results. Comments welcomed
Pugsy, is it correct of me then to say that if I am having any "events" when on the machine, its an indication that the pressure starting point is too low? Hence the event is allowed to happen?

My home sleep study results. Comments welcomed
Hello, Attached are the results from my home sleep study from ~2 months ago. Since that time I have gone from 207 lbs to 180. I recently started therapy two weeks ago. I am using a Resmet Airsense Autoset 10 with a full face mas. Pressure range is 4-18. I am curious to know what you think about my t...

Re: Increasing pressure wakes me up
I will download the software and report back.
I feel as though 14 is not my base setting though because i have woken up naturally (or from my alarm) with it lower (and not so high that it wakes me up).
Anywho, I'll get the software and see whats what.
Thanks,
Steve

Re: Increasing pressure wakes me up
Hi,
I believe my range is 4-14. When i look at the display it shows the pressure and clearly is more forceful than when I fell asleep. I even turned the ramp off last night so that I'd know what the typical pressure would feel like.
Thanks,
Steve

Increasing pressure wakes me up
Hello, I'm very new to this. Less than a week so far and have questions. I wake up sometimes because the pressure raises itself to the point where it wakes me up. I haven't gotten the sleepyhead software yet, so I'm assuming that I obstructed and needed clearing. My question is this; if the building...
