Ya know, the first two responses did crack me up as I am sure part of it is heredity, however, I may be wearing the pillow to tight but If I don't, it does leak. Maybe its time to look for a better fit.......don't want my nose to end up in my eyeballs!!

This will change as time goes by. I have had my cpap for about 5 years and a nasal pillow for about 3 of those. I took my full mask off a lot more often than I do my pillow.
