I currently use a ResMed Autoset 10 and picked up a used Autoset 10 for travel and was wondering how Sleepyhead would read an SD card used between 2 machines. Is it even possible or is it advisable to use a separate card in each? Trying to consolidate sleep report.

Recently got a new CPAP Autoset 10 and used it for about a week. During going through and learning a new CPAP I noticed the run hrs of 70 and the used hrs at 62.3 hrs. Does anyone know why the discrepancy? Thanks.
