Hose Covers
I use a hose cover that I bought from Metsfan. I emailed him a couple of months or so ago to see if he was still making them because I would like to get another. I really love the one that was made for me. It is super soft and works amazingly. I was just trying to find out if anyone else uses hose c...

Re: Airfit P10 Question
The solution for me was using a larger size. I have also found that when cleaning the exhalation screen does need to be thoroughly cleaned and as was stated before using a toothbrush isn't always enough. So this adds to the problem as well.

Re: Airfit P10 Question
Are you checking your data to see if anything is happening at that time? You could turn the machine off and on to mark the time you woke up. Yes I have checked my data with sleepyhead and everything looks good. No major leaks or anything out of the ordinary. Thank you though! It is always a good re...

Re: Airfit P10 Question
I don't know that your problem is the same as mine but it's an easy cheap experiment to try just in case. It took me several nights to figure it out because it wasn't happening all the time. The pillow would crawl up my nostril a bit and I guess sort of a vacuum was created from too good of a seal ...

Re: Airfit P10 Question
I experienced something sort of similar and it was related to the nasal pillow trying to sort of climb up into my nostril and it sort of push the walls of the pillow making them collapse a bit and felt suffocating because the air couldn't move well. I changed to the next size up on the nasal pillow...

Airfit P10 Question
I can not be sure this is because of the Airfit P10, but the past few weeks I have noticed on up in to the morning around 3am-4am (I get up at 5am so this is a pain) that it is harder for me to breathe. It feels like I am not getting enough air or maybe enough air is not escaping when I breathe out....

Day Surgery & CPAP
It's not used when you are under sedation. They tell you to bring it just in case you end up sleeping a lot in the little room after the procedure or if you end up staying overnight for some unknown reason. I have had surgery to fix a broken wrist...a colonoscopy...an endoscopy...all with some sort...

I would choose any that can provide the right therapy with sufficient data. It is saving my life.

Re: Nose Mask and Beard
Well if you vote for someone other than Trump the problem goes away automatically lol. But in all seriousness I have a mustache and was able to use a nasal mask. A liner of some sort might be a place to start. Cut an old shirt to fit your mask and see if that will help any. Worth a shot and has work...

Re: Offering Hand Knitted Custom Cpap Hose Covers + More
Got my covers not too long ago now and have been trying them out. Totally worth the money! I love them and the wife does too. She is glad to see color and not a plain hose. If you haven't ordered one and you have been thinking about it then treat yourself and get one. Mets is great to work with!

Thank you! This was the first time I have seen it for me without some leaking. It was nice. Very nice.Bill44133 wrote:Congratulations! The first time is a thrill.. Now that my therapy is optimized it happens several times a month.

Great night last night!
I checked sleepyhead this morning and I had a 0.0 AHI with a little over 8 hours of sleep. No major leaks. I am amazed and very happy! My numbers are consistently under 1 but a 0.0 blew me away. Anyone else seen this for themselves recently? Or maybe some of you see it a lot. Just wanted to share!
