i take mine apart once every month or two and wash it. Just make sure you line up the outlet connector so it will come out of machine.

If you remove the diffuser from the elbow, the exhaust port is very much like the ResMed Swift FX exhaust. I've been using my Brevida now for a couple of weeks and have gotten my leaks down to 0-1 l/min. Now I'm headed to a bilev machine as soon as ins approves it

kteague, if you can get your hands on the F/P Brevida nasal pillows try them out. They are softer and more flexible. The ZAPPA boast that it's to help people who snore to get a better nights sleep. Don't think it is going to replace the CPAP yet.

Look for the AirCurve 10 ST-A.It says for severe COPD. I looked but didn't see anything on pressures.

Picked mine up last week. I like the fit. Unit itself is not heavy on my head. I have just about eliminated leaks. Just gotta get my AHI totals down.

First good luck with your chemo and radiation treatments. Been there and still doing it, but for lung cancer. Use your CPAP and it want hurt anything. Only thing is be careful that your straps or hose doesn't irritate your neck if the radiation burns your skin. I used mine through out 34 rounds to r...
