Thank you for your concern...but I feel more concerned that PAP is doing something weird to my breathing (Maybe I should have mentioned this before).... but I have felt this before occasionally, and when I mentioned this sensation to a doctor in April, they did one of those breathing tests on me ......

I have been feeling an extreme tightness in my chest/out of breath feeling the last few days (during the day). This is after 1 week of my most consistent PAP therapy (meaning I use every night and stays on all night). Should I be worried?

If I went with one machine ,my insurance would cover it...
However, a more advanced machine was decided on, so now I am paying out of pocket.

I was thinking it wouldn't matter either. But from my understanding, I was told something to the effect....that a doctor in a different state is not licensed to practice in another state.
Does this make sense?

I just had some new sleep tests done and a prescription written for a different type of machine. The doctor is in a different state than I live and is wanting a doctor in the state I live in to sign the prescription. Why is this necessary?
