I would look into the various mask liners. I had a lot of leakage issues till I found those.

It took me almost two years and countless masks to get consistent AHI under 5. SwiftFX nano and Remzzzs mask liners finally got me there.

I found the pillows leave my nostrils sore with the proper tightness. I do love the Swift X nano.

I find I use less water in the winter when my Windows are closed. I could probably not use one. I live in Atlanta so winter is a relative term.

I seem to see many people talking about needing to change their levels. I don't understand why more people don't use the 30 day auto adjust period thing that the PR has? Mine seems to adjust even a year later. Are you guys talking about something different?

Try sleeping without the chinstrap for a few days, unless you are a mouth breather. Then you probably need it. I am also claustrophobic and I found for a few weeks I would have to pull the mask off and calm down for little bit before putting it back on

My change was miraculous from day 1, then again my sleep test result was an AHI score of 92 so even getting to 10-12 was night/day.

I would suggest you try the Swift FX Nano CPAP Mask. It's very similar to what you're using but it fits over the entire nose instead. You may even be able to use the same headgear as the Swift™ FX Nasal Pillow. I have both and prefer the nasal pillow headgear. First, understand my untreated AHI was ...
