Oscar is open source software. If you are concerned about safety, you can read from the code what Oscar does. And you can compile it on your own computer, if you want.

Reading Oscar database
Have anybody programmed a tool which can read Oscar (version 1.3.x) database? C++ or python or such language. And have anybody a structure of data? Or have anybody coded database repairing tool? For example some Oscar upgrades has deleted some parts of data. And if there are tool, you can do several...

BTW, you can upgrade the software to Oscar 1.1.1. It has huge amount of bug fixes since SleepyHead times.

Oscar has huge amount of bug fixes since SleepyHead. For example it don't crash when you empty some day data. And soon there are version 1.2.0 which can import sleeping data several times per day and it adds new data correct.

Oscar is developed from SleepyHead. Now the version is 1.1.1 and it has huge amount of bug fixes from SleepyHead times. You can download it from the site little down here. I have heard that newer Ubuntu 20.04 would contain such drivers. I downloaded them to 18.04. And don't remember the file name of drivers anymore.

AHI chart... Not sure what this is representing so I am not sure how to read it. I was told it was not one that has been worked on a lot. It's one of the most useless charts and really should be removed, it's there for people that can't look at the event flags and see "oh, there's a bunch of flags ...

Have anybody used Oscar's bookmarks? Bookmark is a note for example when you change mask you can set a bookmark to that day. And File menu there are Backup journal. I bought CMS50F, but Oscar didn't find it when I tried to import data. I have thought that I contact the manufacturer if there are specs how to read data. Coders can fix Oscar to work with CMF50F software version 6.1.
