Re: Help with aerophagia
Having said that, as I recall the Zonker Protocol is dependent on a reduced maximum pressure. hey, I'd rather misquote myself than anybody else! to the op-yup, that solution took ME months. I hope, if you follow my course, it doesn't take that long. still, slow and steady wins the race.

Re: Help with aerophagia
Hi all, I've been using my resmed airsense 10 autoset for almost two years now and doing mostly great, but lately (let's say a month or so) I've been waking up really bloated. I was wondering if reducing my min pressure might help with this. I would say it wouldn't hurt to lower your min pressure. ...

Re: Six months and still struggling
I did that last night with this elastic strap (https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mueller-All-Purpose-Wonder-Wrap-S-M-Beige/188222171) and it looks like my leaks were better controlled than I've ever seen them. I keep meaning to come back in and thank you for this! it suits me very well. wish it were a BIT...

Re: New to CPAP
I suggest waiting until you've met with your PCP before continuing with DIY treatment. i'm glad that you have had a good and solid experience with your doctor. believe me, the bulk of us have not and have gone on our own without the help of a doc. (save to write a prescription for the machine.) wit...

Re: Newbie seeking help to reduce AHI as low as possible - Oscar data
Thank you! I have been acclimating myself to the pressure changes, and after seeing the results, I do think that bumping up the minimum and bumping down the max might be helpful. Here is a recent night, if anybody has time to take a look: Oscar4.png yup. minimum could be 10 or higher, up to you. I ...

Re: Six months and still struggling
I've read previous threads on here about this and tried pretty much everything except a headband/strap over the mouth. Re: Newbie seeking help to reduce AHI as low as possible - Oscar data
in behind ozij to support what she says. the good news with having a resmed machine is that you can raise your minimum pressure by increments of .1 which can be helpful if you find too much pressure gives you aerophagia. also want to say that at this point in your journey, don't be too concerned wit...

Re: Luna II auto CPAP machine, questions about
while you're waiting for a reply, try using Google this way-"cpaptalk.com Luna II". that will search our forum and present what ever results may show up here.
good luck!
oh also you might try just Luna as most people will prolly use that instead of the full name.

Re: ESP was supposed to fix my sleep apnea but it made it worse
Thank you. If I understand correctly, the difference between central apnea and post-arousal central apnea (APAC) is that the latter is triggered by an arousal (flow limitation, leak, movement, etc). https://i.imgur.com/A4ZkFvf.gif unfortunately, i'm not wise enough to help with your problems. I jus...
