I have a ResMed S9 Elite with the H5i humidifier - purchased thru insurance (DME) in Apr 2012. I have approx 6150 hours on the machine. As of 2 days ago, it won't power up. It gets halfway thru the power-up but just keeps rebooting. I called the place where I purchased... they weren't any help since...
